On his arrival he is engrossed in playing video games and soon drains the batteries so he sets off for the local village to buy some more but gets lost. As summer progresses he stops being rude to his grandmother making remarks about her mental abilities and being a compete pain to everyone beginning instead to learn the importance of love and respect for one's family and elders and adjust to a simpler rural way of living in the mountains.
