Synopsis

This is a tale of extortion, revenge, and the eventual vindication of the protagonist. VULGAR chronicles the ascent of Will Carlson (Brian O'Halloran) from a below average entertainer to a larger than life media figure. Will is a small time clown who goes by the name 'Flappy' and lives in an anonymous suburban town. He is continually subjugated by circumstances that are spirit crushing and exacerbate his struggle to earn a living by clowning and remain financially afloat. Will hatches a plan that he feels assured will help him finally realize his dream but it goes horribly awry and tragedy ensues...
