Synopsis

A film that delves into one of Britain's most dangerous crime families, A VERY BRITISH GANGSTER exposes for the first time the realities of their lives. It reveals a brutal world with an underclass which relies on gangsters for justice, rather than police.

The film follows Dominic Noonan over a three-year period. The head of the Noonan crime dynasty, a second generation family of Irish stock, he legally changed his last name to Lattlay Fottfoy, an acronym for the family motto; 'Look after those that look after you, fuck off those that fuck off you'.
