Synopsis

A documentary that exposes the fact that bees are dying on a massive scale, VANISHING OF THE BEES is an eye opening feature on the declining bee population in the UK.

Narrated by Emilia Fox, the film highlights the fact that in the UK last winter one fifth of the honeybee hives were lost. When bees pollinate a third of the food everyone eats, this contributes £200 million a year to the UK economy.
