Synopsis

Jean-Baptiste Emmerich (Jean-Louis Trintignant) a well-known artist dies and his wish is to be buried in Limoges, his family's home. Thus his wives, friends, lovers (men and women) take the train from Paris to Limoges. It's on this poignant, emotional train journey, at his burial and afterwards at the late Jean-Baptiste's home that the multitude of characters and their personalities are portrayed in the film THOSE WHO LOVE ME CAN TAKE THE TRAIN.
