Synopsis

Jessica (Leah Pipes) is the leader of a group of sorority sisters, but their loyalty is tested when a prank goes disastrously wrong and ends in a brutal murder. Rather than admit their guilt and confess to the crime, the girls dispose of the bloody corpse. With the evidence gone they all agree to stay silent and the matter is closed - a secret forever!

They convincingly carry on as normal until a year later when they are saying their goodbyes to the house and each other. The girls are confident their dark secret will remain buried.

A year on as graduation approaches, the sisters prepare to say goodbye to the house and each other, with one last alcohol-fuelled bash on Sorority Row, confident that their dark secret will remain buried forever. As the party rages in the front yard and spills to the bedrooms and the hot tub, each girl receives a video taken the night of Megan's murder from an anonymous sender. One by one, the sisters and their unsuspecting boyfriends are stalked by an unseen killer.

Has Megan returned from the dead to exact her revenge? Or was their secret discovered by someone else someone now determined to make them pay? Trapped, the girls race to figure out which of them let their secret slip, who now wants them dead, and how to fight back as the bodies pile up and their beloved sorority house explodes into flames.
