Synopsis

Kevin Heffernan (one fifth of the Broken Lizard Comedy Group - CLUB DREAD, SUPERTROOPERS, BEERFEST) makes his directorial feature debut. Written by Broken Lizard (the others being - Jay Chandrasekhar, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter and Erik Stolhanske.

"Slammin" Cleon Salmon (Michael Duncan Clarke) a former World Heavyweight Champion is now the proud owner of an upmarket seafood restaurant, The Slammin' Salmon. He's lost none of his formidable traits and uses fear to rule over his misfit waiters played by the Broken Lizards, including Tara (Cobie Smulders) and Mia (April Bowlby).

On this particular night though his bullying skills peak to coerce his staff into selling more food than they have evr achieved before. Not only that bu the top selling server win $10,000 while the least successful waiter gets served with a broken rib sandwich - courtesy of Salmon himself.

Why is Slammin' Salmon being even meaner and more forcefully inspiring than his usual self? He has to pay off a gambling debt to the Japanese Yakuza - not a clan to cross.

Spurred on by greed and panic, a fierce competitive frenzy grips the waiting staff as the contest escalates towards closing time and the announcement of the winner!
