Synopsis

Sixteen years have past since Joan Burrows (Angela Betts) survived a terrifying ordeal in the small Colorado town of Ovid. It was here that Ernie Bishop (Ben Cotton) carried out his reign of terror, systematically torturing and killing teenagers until one of his intended victims, Joan, fought back and killed him.

Joan courageously returns to Ovid, for the first time since that terrifying ordeal, to visit her teenage niece, Olympia (Kirby Bliss Blanton). Unfortunately she can't seem to escape the clutches of her haunting memories for no sooner has she arrived than the murders begin.

When Olympia goes missing, Joan sets out to save her niece and, while fearing the worst, questions whether Ernie Bishop could possibly have returned from the dead as she once again goes after the killer.
