Synopsis

Overworked businessman Bob Munro (Williams) must complete his deadline but also has a family expecting him to vacation with them. So why not do both at once?

Bob cancels their island paradise trip and instead he and his dysfunctional family rent a huge, ugly recreational vehicle (RV) for a road trip across country to the Colorado Rockies all so he can secretly finish his work unbeknownst to his family.

In the process not only do a series of hilarious misadventures ensue but Munro and his family have to contend with a bizarre community of campers when they reach their destination...
