Synopsis

Originally released in 1981, THE RETURN OF THE SECAUCUS 7 was a low-budget independent movie made for around $60 000. With a strict budget, director, writer and producer John Sayles, in his directorial debut, decided the collective and interweaving stories of a group of characters would keep the film moving.

Thus ten years earlier, a group of activists were wrongfully arrested in Secaucus, New Jersey while on route to a political demonstration in Washington DC against the Vietnam war. Now after a ten-year gap the friends have organised a weekend reunion.
