Synopsis

Leah Quinn (Catherine Kellner), a translator in her late twenties, is unhappy with the way her relationship with her boyfriend is going and acts on the advice of her close friend to finish it. She then meets Richard Kao (David Wu), a Chinese-American surfer, an Angeleno who has been denying his heritage for some time. Leah, confronted with the limitation of her fantasies about the exotic, must soon decide whether or not she is ready to commit to something real.
