Synopsis

"Two guys. One job. No rules."

Doug Stauber (Seann William Scott) and a new guy, Canadian Richard Welhner (John C Reilly), are two mid-level Chicago supermarket employees who both desperately want promotion and are prepared to go to any lengths to succeed.

When a managerial post is created at a new store location, comedy THE PROMOTION follows the hilarious battle this duo becomes involved in against each other in a contest of wits to see who can survive to the climatic finish.
