Synopsis

With an oppressive, overheated Brisbane providing the backdrop to an explosive love story, Gordon and Cythina's journey is jolted onto the screen by Peter Fenton and Sacha Horler.

Gordon (Peter Fenton) is a chain smoking asthmatic living in a flea bag establishment with a bunch of other down and outers. He's low on energy from the disease and emotionally drained from ten years of unrequited love.

Cynthia (Sacha Horler) is plagued by eczema, but she loves to fuck and play scrabble. She moves into his place, tidies up his place and proceeds to jolly up his life. For a while, it seems as though they might save each other.
