Synopsis

The CSC Pro-Cycling team face an uphill struggle as they take on the world's most arduous sporting event, the Tour de France. 1996 Tour winner, Bjarne Riis has high hopes for his team, particularly newcomer Ivan Basso who with Lance Armstrong's help has to overcome personal struggles before he can take on the Tour.
