Synopsis
"What would you look like as a centerfold?"

Best friends Eugene (Zach Cregger) and Tucker (Trevor Moore) are complete opposites when it comes to girls. While Tucker is preoccupied with girls and a fan of Playboy magazines, Eugene would rather wait for the right girl.
However, Eugene's girlfriend, Cindi (Raquel Alessi) has other ideas on her mind and feels their relationship should move forward and wants their upcoming prom night to be their 'special' night. Eugene is in a dilemma and agrees to go along with Cindi but has a fit of nerves on the night. Trevor bolsters Eugene's courage with booze and everything goes horrible wrong when Eugene ends up in a coma from falling down in his drunken stupor.
Four years later Eugene and Cindi is now a Playboy bunny. Reunited with his buddy Trevor, they hatch a plan. Eugene decides to win Cindi back and sets off on a road trip to Hugh Hefner's legendary Playboy mansion and gatecrash a party.
After spending the next four years in a coma, Eugene wakes up to a different world and most of his high school friends have moved away. He then discovers that his beloved Cindi has posed nude for Playboy. So begins the friends' laugh-out-loud cross-country road trip to win back Cindi.
Chased by Tucker's crazed epileptic girlfriend and hordes of homicidal firefighters, will they make it to Los Angeles in time? Can their hip-hop artist friend, Horsedick.MPEG, get them into Hef's famed abode? And will Cindi, the girl-next-door-turned-MISS MARCH, want anything to do with the lovesick Eugene after so many lost years?
MISS MARCH also stars Molly Stanton (TWINS,), Craig Robinson (THE OFFICE), Cedric Yarbrough (RENO 911!) and Carla Jimenez (NACHO LIBRE), and features cameo appearances by legendary Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and real-life 2007 Playmate of the Year Sara Jean Underwood.
