Synopsis

Set in Brazil's rural northeast, a woman lives in a house with her three husbands. Departing from this curious fact, the director Andrucha Waddington and the screenwriter Elena Soarez created a completely fictitious story that mingles humor and passion and narrates the development of this unusual love quartet lead by Darlene Linhares (Regina Case) and her three husbands: Osias (Lima Duarte), Zezinho (Stênio Garcia) and Ciro (Luiz Carlos Vasconcelos).
