Synopsis

Talented criminal profiler Detective Bun (Lau Ching Wan) could have had a successful career ahead of him if he hadn't sliced off his right ear and given it to his retiring chief as a gift at his farewell party. Disgracing himself and ostracized for this bizarre act, Bun is labelled as 'mad' and speedily discharged from the force. Now he lives quietly in seclusion with his beloved wife May (Kelly Lin).
