Synopsis

Located in Los Angeles, Crenshaw High School is the most legendary high school basketball program in the state. LOVE AND BASKETBALL was filmed on location at Crenshaw High. Coach Willie West has been at the school since it opened in 1968, and has won 8 state titles in the last 20 years. He is the top high school coach in the land. He's coached such future college and NBA stars as Marques Johnson, Stevie Thompson and John Williams, and this year's young Crenshaw team will put him to the test.
