Synopsis

Meet Lisa Picard (Laura Kirk), a struggling New York actress who hopes to get more than a fleeting taste of fame when a racy cereal commercial brings her unexpected national notoriety. Couple that with a breakout role as Melissa Gilbert's sister in the upcoming made for TV movie, "A Phone Call for Help," and Lisa is on her way to having the light hit her spot. Acclaimed filmmaker, Griffin Dunne, who keeps the camera on Ms. Picard's every move, finds her crusade to stardom terribly intriguing and extremely contagious. Dunne starts pondering about the seconds proceeding to one's fame. "Do they start to walk, dress, or act differently?"
