Synopsis

Carmen and Wayne Colson are witnesses to a crime involving a con that a small time, blundering fraudster, Richie Nix (Joseph Gordon Levitt), is using to swindle money from those that fall for his scam.

In order to protect their identities they are placed in the Federal Witness Protection Prorgam and are relieved to have the opportunity to start over but not for long...
