Synopsis

12 year-old Ryan Mitchell thinks his life stinks. He has to eat his vegetables. He has to be home before it's dark. He has to wear his bike helmet. He has to wear his jacket outside even though it doesn't look cool. All that and his older teenage brother Gary gets to do whatever he wants and is a pain in the butt, to boot. Life is too tough for a 12 year-old and Ryan wants to be older.

Then, one day, Ryan and his best friends Twinkie and Stu discover an ancient wishing glass in an Indian burial ground and Ryan uses it to wish away all the adults and teenagers on the planet.

It seems as though all his dreams have come true and the kids have a ball in their own world until Ryan realizes that as his friends turn 13 they too are disappearing - and that includes the girl next door, Holly, on whom he has a major crush.

Worse still, the neighborhood bully Detloff gets hold of the wishing glass and starts to use it for all sorts of evil purposes.

Meanwhile, Ryan's little sister Nicole really needs her parents and the only person who can help her is her big brother, and perhaps the local crazy guy Leo but didn't he chop up his own family and what's he doing in Kids World anyway?

Everything is going horribly wrong and Ryan has to get the wishing glass away from dangerous Detloff - but who knows where the adults are or how to get them back?
