Synopsis

When Tom Leezak (Kutcher, Dude, Where's My Car?), an all-American guys guy meets the gorgeous Sarah McNerney (Murphy, 8 Mile), the sexual chemistry is strong and immediate. A month later they're living together and within a year they get married. However, as soon as the ceremony is over, the pressures take their toll as their ill-fated romantic getaway goes from bad to worse begging the question of whether love is really enough.

Together, Tom and Sarah learn there are many traps for young players - admittance to the mile-high club proves much more difficult than it looks and American sex toys don't fit in European outlets! Jam-packed with pick-up tips including how to get a girlfriend by knocking her out with your sporting equipment and training yourself in the fine art of locating sports bars in foreign locations, Just Married is a consistently funny exploration of the dating rituals of modern man.

Can the blue collar traffic reporter and underdog, Tom really win the lifelong affection of Sarah over her ex-boyfriend - the wealthy and charming young business tycoon, Peter Prentiss (Christian Kane, Life or Something Like It) who coincidentally-intentionally checks into their Venice hotel? Can Tom keep the truth about the fate of Sarah's beloved dog, Bags, a secret? Will they ever consummate their marriage vows?

Maybe everyone is right - why ruin a perfectly good relationship with marriage? Then again, Sarah is a total babe, your mother-in-law's name is Pussy and your father-in-law owns a major league sporting team - so it's not all bad!
