Synopsis
While studying at a business school in Paris, Franck (Jalil Lespert) returns home to a placement with the factory where his father (Jean-Claude Vallod) also works, and is employed in the Human Resources department there. In contrast however his father works on the assembly line where he has worked hard for the past 30 years.
Franck becomes involved with plans for the restructuring of the company that will have a profound effect on his father and friends and faces a tough moral decision, which inevitably leads to bitter confrontations.
