Synopsis
HOME starring French actress Isabelle Huppert (8 WOMEN) and Oliver Gourmet (MESRINE: PUBLIC ENEMY NO 1), is a drama about a family's peaceful existence, which is threatened when a busy highway is opened only meters away from their isolated house in the middle of nowhere.
A road movie in reverse, the film chronicles what happens to them when they refuse to move. Marthe (Isabelle Hupert), Michel (Oliver Gourmet) and their three children find innovative ways to adapt to their new environment and their lives change from normal and fun to strange and absurd.
Directed by indie filmmaker Ursula Meier and shot by celebrated cinematographer Agnes Godard.
