Synopsis
Based on the book by J K Rowling, the seventh instalment of the world’s most beloved magical franchise, HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS, is the final adventure in the HARRY POTTER films series that is told in two full length parts.
Part 1 begins as Harry, Ron and Hermoine launch into a perilous mission to track down and ultimately destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction - the Horcruxes. Alone without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, the three must now support each other more than ever despite the presence of Dark Forces that threaten to tear them apart.
Meanwhile with the Dark Lord gaining strength, the wizard world is increasing hazardous for his enemies as Voldemort's Death Eaters begin their onslaught and the long feared war begins. Advancing on the Ministry of Magic, the Death Eaters seize control and descend on Hogwarts. Opponents are swiftly arrested and they leave many terrorized in their wake as they seek out the ultimate prize the one most valuable to Voldemort - Harry Potter (the Chosen One).
Pursued relentlessly by the Death Eaters, Harry must locate the Horcruxes before Voldemort captures him. Harry's searches uncover the old and forgotten tale - the legend of the Deathly Hallows. Harry discovers that if the tale is true it could give Voldemort the ultimate power he seeks. Unbeknown to Harry his future has already been decided by his past, when on that fateful day, he became the 'Boy Who Lived'. Not a boy any more, Harry Potter is closing in on the task he has been preparing for since his first day at Hogwarts - the climatic battle with Voldemort.
