Synopsis

Cheng Li-sheung (Josie Ho) is a young, upwardly mobile professional finally ready to invest in her first home. But when the deal falls through, she is determined to keep her dream alive - even if it means keeping her would-be neighbours dead. Cut-throat real-estate prices call for bloody countermeasures....

Director Edmond Pang's stroll into the horror genre is a major departure for the 36-year-old director, who's known primarily for his satirical comedies. With each murder scene more inventive than the last, Dream Home is a striking slasher, but like Pang's previous films also showcases his sharp social observation.
