Synopsis

Billy Crudup plays short tempered children's novelist Henry Roth. When he loses his beloved illustrator Rudy Holt (Tom Wilkinson) he has to learn to work with Lucy (Mandy Moore), an anxious and untested replacement.

Their relationship together starts out as an impossible situation and becomes revelatory, due to the talents of Billy Crudup and Mandy Moore, in this directorial debut of actor Justin Theroux.
