Synopsis

David Cronenberg's A DANGEROUS METHOD, which is written by Academy Award® winning writer Christopher Hampton (ATONEMENT, DANGEROUS LIAISONS), is a new drama about feuding psychologists Carl Jung (Michael Fassbender) and Sigmund Freud (Viggo Mortensen) as they navigate turbulent times in the wake of Jung's fledging relationship with patient Sabina Spielrein (Keira Knightley).

Seduced by the challenge of an impossible case, the driven Dr Carl Jung (Michael Fassbender) takes the unbalanced yet beautiful Sabina Spielrein (Keira Knightley) as his patient in A DANGEROUS METHOD. Jung's weapon is the method of his master, the renowned Sigmund Freud (Viggo Mortensen). Both men fall under Sabina's spell.
