Synopsis

CONTAGION follows the rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus that kills within days. As the fast moving epidemic spreads out of control, the worldwide medical community is in a race against time to find a cure.

Panic breaks out in the world's population gathering pace faster that the virus itself. However at the same time ordinary people in local communities find themselves struggling to survive in a society that is steadily falling apart.
