Synopsis

In a divided city, Friendship is the last line of defence.

CLOSE TO HOME follows the daily experiences of two young Israeli women, Smader (Smadar Sayar) and Mirit (Neama Shendar), as they fulfil their compulsory military service. Patrolling the streets of Jerusalem the two have to learn to work together despite their differences in this challenging period in their lives.
