Synopsis

This is the story of a guy who's looking for his car keys... According to serious scientific research anyone who drives for 60 years spends 23 days of their life chasing after their keys. 23! 23!? Yeah, really 23! That's easily worth a 90-minute film.

A huge domestic hit, this sublime satirical comedy from Laurent Baffie, one of France's most popular comedians, stars Baffie and Russo playing themselves on their epic quest to find their lost keys. Deliciously twisting traditional filmmaking conventions, THE CAR KEYS is a 'who's who' of the cream of French filmmaking talent and boasts a dizzying array of cameos from prominent producers, Claude Berri and Alain Sarde, alongside stars including, Edouard Baer, Vincent Perez, Jean-Marc Barr, Eric Cantona, Jean Rouchefort, Daniel Auteuil, and, last but not least, Gerard Depardieu. French comedy at its best.

A film with action, suspense, adventure, humour, good actors, a beautiful love story, snappy dialogue, children, old people, animals, beautiful music, a message, a happy ending, special effects, good gags, fine feelings, a bunch of film references, hairy girls, zoology...
