Synopsis

1982 and Brad (Michael Copon) is the star quarterback at Worcester High. He dates the prettiest cheerleader in the school Pamela Harris (Rachel Specter). But Brad can't stop dreaming of becoming a pop star. It's a secret he's kept close to himself. Then he finally begins dating his first crush Samantha Hughes (Laura Breckenridge).

When his mom's boyfriend, Garth (Robert Hoffman) decides to form a pop group Brad unbelievably turns his back on football and quits the team to start the first ever boyband.
