Synopsis
In his latest release, Danish filmmaker Lars Von Trier centres the film, an office comedy, around an IT firm that the owner wants to sell and make a profit on. The trouble is that he invented a fictitious president for the company to hide behind when unpopular steps needed to be taken.
But potential purchasers will only negotiate with the owner so he has to resort to hiring an actor (Jens Albinus) to masquerade as the owner and 'boss of it all'. When the actor realises he is being used as a pawn in this game of deception, it will test his (lack of) moral fibre.
