Synopsis

BEST is all about 'George Best', the legendary football player looking back on his life, when his mentor Sir Matt Busby dies in the 1990s. The story spans 35 years from his roots when he was spotted in Belfast by a Manchester United talent scout, to the height of his fame, and then his descent into alcoholism and excessive womanising.
