Synopsis

Stevie (Ian Bonar) works in a job at a call centre that he hates along with colleague/drummer extraordinaire Neil (Matthew Baynton). Persuading the ambitious Billy Nixon (Kieron Bew) and talented Emily (Lyndsey Marshal) to form a new band, the possibility that they might be onto something opens up an opportunity as they put a demo together. Beating the well-trodden path of record companies and gig venues in the hope of conquering the British indie music scene, they tout their demo.

In addition to the assembling the requisite fantastic soundtrack, 1234 director Giles Borg has assembled a talented cast of up-and-coming young British actors, including Ian Bonar (ATONEMENT, STARTER FOR TEN), Lyndsey Marshal (THE HOURS), Kieron Bew (THE STREET) and Mathew Baynton (GAVIN & STACEY).
