Review:
Season 10 of STARGATE SG-1 is the final television season of this amazing sci-fi series. It will return in at least two direct to DVD movies which is a relief to all of the series fans out there, including myself!

This final season is one of the best of them all and Richard Dean Anderson makes it even better with the occasional guest performance. The main bad guys are Ba'al (Cliff Simon) who is actually very entertaining and the stunningly attractive Adria (Morena Baccarin).

Claudia Black continues with her role of Vala and lightens the stories with her humour, and Ben Browder keeps his place as leader of SG-1 as Cameron Mitchell. Both are welcome additions to STARGATE from my perspective as I loved their characters in FARSCAPE (what moron cancelled that show) and they play well together in this show too. In season 10 Browder plays his character for more comfortably just as he played Crichton in FARSCAPE.

There are some truly memorable episode in this season and I don't just mean the excellent "200".

Even if you don't have the previous seasons on DVD, this one is worth getting on its own just to remember the show by as any of the episodes could be played on their own and enjoyed at any time. Ok the Ori story arc is not resolved but something has to be left open to lead us into the first of the two forthcoming DVD movies which I personally can't wait to see.
