PHANTOMS
Shepherd's team come under the influence of a Wraith mind control device off-world which make them want to kill each other.

THE RETURN - PARTS 1 & 2
A spaceship manned by Ancients is discovered caught in a life-long journey and rescued by McKay. The Ancients return to Atlantis only to send all of the members of the expedition back to Earth. In part 2 Shepherd and his team return to Atlantis and with the help of Jack O'Neill return the base to Earth control.

ECHOES
When whale-like sea creatures gather around Atlantis people start to experience hallucinations, but is there a message in the visions?
