The Atlantis team visits a technologically advanced planet inhibited by a civilisation mysteriously unharmed by the Wraith.

McKay may have found a new source of energy for Atlantis based on unperfected Ancient technology.

INSTINCT, whilst experimenting with a retrovirus Dr. Beckett realises it could turn Wraiths back into humans but inadvertently puts Sheppard's life in danger.

CONVERSION, Dr. Beckett and the team desperately try to find a cure for Sheppard - who is mutating into a Wraith.
