UNDERGROUND
Arriving on the planet Genii to trade for food, the team discover what appears to be a simple, farming population but in reality they are preparing a deadly weapon to attack the Wraith hidden in an underground bunker and the people of Genii don't want to be friends

THE STORM
Savage weather threatens Atlantis and for the safety of all a decision is made to evacuate Atlantis, which is then invaded by the teams' newest enemy.

THE EYE
Major Sheppard plays a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the soldiers who have seized control of Atlantis taking Dr. McKay and Dr. Weir hostage.

THE DEFIANT ONE
The team investigate a downed Wraith ship and find themselves stuck on a planet with a lone Wraith survivor for company.
