Series regulars Michael Chiklis (Miami Vice, Fantastic 4), Benito Martinez (Saw, Outbreak) and Cch Pounder (TV's ER, TV's The West Wing) are joined by 5-time Academy Award nominee Glenn Close (Dangerous Liaisons, Fatal Attraction).

Season Four sees the introduction of new Captain, Monica Rawling (Close). Thrust into a battleground of personal and professional conflicts, it isn't long before she makes her presence felt. Enlisting the help of Vic (Chiklis), newly returned to routine detective duty after the collapse of his Strike Force, she begins a radical overhaul of 'the Barn.' Together they resolve to bring down the 'untouchable' drug-lord, Antwon Mitchell (Anthony Anderson, The Departed, Romeo Must Die).
