MIAMI VICE really was the super cool 80's show. It made Don Johnson a household name way before NASH BRIDGES and don't forget Edward James Olmos as the guy in charge long before he was in command of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA.

The recent movie did it's best to emulate the TV show but it really wasn't quite the same. How could it be without a Ferrari Testarossa or an alligator for a pet!

In this third season of Miami Vice, we see a darker, grittier side to the acclaimed cop show. The playful Daytona has been replaced with the Testarossa and the characters' more cynical attitude, coupled with a harder edged soundtrack make this a very gripping season, packed full of thrills and action.

Wesley Snipes, Helena Bonham Carter, Liam Neeson and Steve Buscemi are to name but a few of the big names that make guest appearances alongside our super-cool duo, Tubbs (Philip Michael Thomas) and Crockett (Don Johnson).

Characteristically packed with gripping car chases and nail-biting drug busts, this season sees Crockett and Tubbs going on undercover adventures as they battle assorted drug dealers, dirty cops, black marketers and corrupt politicians. Widely hailed as one of the better seasons, there's something here to get anyone revved up!

Interestingly when the season was first broadcast in on the BBC in the UK the episode When Irish Eyes Are Crying was not screened as it was thought the subject matter was too sensitive and the episode excellent episode Viking Bikers From Hell (what a great title) was thought to be too frightening!
